Self employed building and rendering teams required for contracts throughout the UK.

Own equipment, tools of the trade and transport required.

Must have excellent communication skills and pleasant manner, as you will be communicating with customers directly.

Building work, repairs and property maintenance knowledge and experience is essential. Multi trade disciplined an advantage. inside and outside contracts undertaken including plastics and D.P.C treatment. also to include some plastering.

Able to work to realistic targets and deadlines. Must have a clean and tidy attitude towards their customer’s homes and pride in their workmanship.

Contracts will be sought within a 50 mile radius of the teams home base, however there will be a need to travel to further contracts throughout the UK including overnight stays and days / nights away from home.

Must be able to work on your own initiative and highly self motivated. A willingness to expand and develop your area and treat as your own business.
